Email Reporting Definitions

Understanding analytics terminology

What's the difference between simple campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns?

Simple Campaigns are a single email that you can schedule to be sent at a certain time or send immediately. They typically have an end goal: either education or encouraging a client to take an action. Once the audience has read the email, that's the end of their experience.

Newsletters are monthly (unless otherwise noted) updates sent on behalf of our Nurture and Engage clients. If you're interested in learning about this service, please reach out to us at [email protected]!

Drip Campaigns are a series of emails scheduled to be sent a specific amount of time apart. The goal of this email series is typically to encourage a client to take an action, such as scheduling with you, or to educate them on a specific topic that's applicable to them. For more information on drip campaigns, please see our section specifically curated with information on them, linked here.
