Compliance Requirements for Social Sharing
If your organization has compliance oversight enabled for social media, content you share will go through a review process before it can be published. Here's what to expect:
How Compliance Review Works
When you queue or schedule a social media post, it is automatically sent to your compliance team for review. The post enters a compliance hold and will not publish until it's reviewed and approved.
Because all social posts must go through this approval process, the “Share Now” option is disabled.
If Approved
The post is released from compliance hold and added to your queue. It will be published at the scheduled date and time.
If Not Approved
The post will not be added to your queue and will not be shared.
If a post is scheduled for a specific date/time but not approved before that deadline, it will be automatically withdrawn and will not be shared.
