Managing Contact Lists
Contact Lists are essential for organizing your audience and controlling who receives your email campaigns. Think of them as targeted groups that allow you to send relevant content to specific segments of your audience.
Creating Contact Lists
Organize your contacts into meaningful groups before launching campaigns.
To create a new contact list:
- Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/contacts/lists
- Click "New List"
- Enter a descriptive name for your list
- Click "Save"
Managing Existing Lists
Keep your contact lists organized and up-to-date for maximum campaign effectiveness.
To rename a list:
- Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/contacts/lists
- Click on the list you want to modify
- In the right-hand panel, update the "List Name" field
- Click "Save Changes"
To delete a list:
Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/contacts/lists
- Click on the list you want to delete
- Click "Delete This List" in the right panel
- Confirm deletion when prompted
- The list will be permanently removed
To export a complete list:
- Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/contacts/lists
- Click on the list you want to export
- Click "Export List" in the right side panel
- The complete list will be sent to your email as a CSV file
To export selected contacts from a list:
- Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/contacts/lists
- Click on the list you want to export contacts from
- Use checkboxes to select specific contacts
- Click "Export Contacts"
- Only selected contacts will be included in the export
