Shared Cards

This guide will help navigate and use the Shared Cards page to view and manage cards you've shared.

Accessing Your Shared Cards

1. Navigate to https://new.gainful.ly/advisor/shared-cards

Searching Your Shared Cards

Using the Search Function

Below the page title, you'll find a search bar with the helper text "search by card name." This feature allows you to quickly locate specific cards by typing in relevant terms.

If your search doesn't return any matches, you'll see the message "No results found for your search" to let you know there are no cards matching your query.

Filtering by Social Media Platform

Quick Filter Options

Below the search bar, you'll find quick filter buttons for each social media platform:

• LinkedIn
• LinkedIn Business
• Facebook
• X (formerly Twitter)

Using Platform Filters

Click on any platform filter to view only the cards shared to that specific channel. The table will update to show relevant results. Note: If you haven't shared any cards yet, the table will display "You haven't shared any cards yet"

Previewing Card Content

Each row in the table includes an eyeball icon that allows you to preview how your card appears on its microsite. To preview a card:

1. Click the eyeball icon in any row
2. View the modal that opens showing your card's microsite content
3. Close the preview by clicking the "X" in the upper-right corner

The preview modal displays your card exactly as it appears on its microsite, giving you a clear view of how your shared content looks to your audience.
